PwC India Hi Folks, I left my stable job at Deloitte USI and moved to Germany for a better job. But my mom had a major health issue and I'm planning to travel back to India to support her as I'm a single child. I'm working in one of the top organisation in Germany with a base of 90k euro and looking for good opportunities in India. Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

W/L balance is good, growth depends on how well you fit into the "culture" (it seems to be more important to be fratty than to have expertise), pay is tier 4 salary bands (use FTI/Huron as benchmark). Firm is focused more on breadth of offerings and not depth which is adequate for your generic operations improvement or PMO projects. That leads to many cookie cutter copy paste projects and not a lot of intellectual stimulation
I’ve been here 3 years and I love it. Realize it will not be the highest base salary, but the people, work, and growth make it well worth it.
Not many responses on here for WMP posts.
WM folks, can you share what not the highest salary mean? Like for senior manager / principal level? I am really curious
Thank you
Glass door for SM is pretty accurate. It’s negotiable as well. There are also SM experience hires making well above the band
SC1 and WM2: role will be in FS practice, although no sure about travel/local, firm, and how long average tenure for those levels (SC/M) last?
Yah, not to sure what to expect from an FS standpoint. Salary can definitely be negotiable especially since you are coming from Accenture. But if you are coming in between SC/M as an SC it’s usually a year to M especially in industry verticals. Review cycle is end of year
