What does comp look like for Deloitte GPS at SC level? Career progression?

Deloitte recruiter just reached out to me and said they may need to do further “compensation analysis” and that they may reach out to me with a better offer after rejecting my counter offer last week. Anyone know what this is about?

Is it good to join TCS or should I wait for couple of more years, cause of there re-hire policy.

Anybody familiar with the Fisher Investments sales role? They give you a salary first 2 years plus commission, but the only thing that I don’t like is they no longer pay the trail on any account you open after 3 years. I am starting a new role with a new company and will have 6 direct reports. Although I have managed teams before in a consulting project setting, this will be the first time in industry. Any recommendations on how to sharpen my management skills (books, blogs, etc). Particularly looking at how to delegate effectively and practical examples on how to run day to day.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
