What does everyone think about take home design project during interview for a SE networking role? There will be a take home design project on the 3rd interview per hiring manager. It will be small design project for a given scenario. Then you have to present it and defend the design. He mentioned he has given other candidates two weeks to do it. This is if one makes it through the 2nd round of interview which is technical one. This position is for a major competitor to Cisco and Juniper.
