Anyone here interested in a full-time remote role as a Sourcing Specialist at On Deck? I'll be looking to add one more person to my team by May 2022.
If you understand sourcing as a concept and you want to really improve your craft, please let me know. I enjoy doing sourcing and I believe I can help you level-up. I'm open to people in North/South America, Europe, Africa.

I’ve been in sales since I was 18 and took my first role in recruiting 4 years ago. The skills you would use for prospecting and taking rejection transfer over nicely. But in recruiting, it’s not a one and done sale. You don’t just grab a credit card or make a sale and then you’re done. You need to actually develop long term relationships because in recruiting the “sale” is constantly taking place. Each hour your employee works, you get paid. Or if they are direct placements, they have to actually get the job and stay there for a while to get paid.
