Money or passion? Spent the last 2 years building my own company after burning out. It's been tough financially but I really believe in it. Now a previous boss has made a great offer, but I'd have to give up on my company (not enough time for both). What would you do?

I work in marketing within a small team. Just myself, my manager and a part time designer that I personally manage. My manager doesn’t seem to do much work. He never tells me what he’s working on, provides no instructions, guidance or feedback, and in our weekly standup he will just list out the tasks I am personally working on. It’s a lot on my plate as I handle socials, email marketing and copyrighting, yet he gets a lot of my credit but he’s not doing anything? This is my 1st job.
