What has helped you be more successful? Following a script or the so-called “sales pitch” or just being candid and having a real conversation with clients. Lately, it's been really hard to get any leads that will convert, and it feels like it's only getting harder. I need to switch up what I'm doing because clearly something about it isn't working.

When ever I try to build a strategy, they (founders) swamp me with blablabla stories and not a single action plan. Is this the usual at startups? Also,no real company culture. At all. No HR. Looking for advice: would you stay in partner pipeline at Big 4 or move to one of the MBBs as a principal? I am hearing that with Big 4 getting into strategy more, MBBs will be obsolete soon thoughts?

A campaign my partner and I thought of went into testing, but died in the process. Same idea, concept, name and execution used on another client/ campaign just a month after, that we weren’t on. Few people from the old team were on this new campaign. We’re disappointed about it and wondering if this is a common thing that happens?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question that’s kind of silly. I work at a pretty small company leading marketing. My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. I know titles don’t really matter, but I’m battling a little bit of imposter syndrome.

What do you hate about BigLaw?
I actually love it. I was a paralegal in BL during law school. Maybe I am use to the environment? What am I missing? Help me remove the rose colored glasses. The cases are interesting, pay is fantastic, offices are beautiful, and the research resources are a big reason why I never want to leave. Sure there are partners/senior associates that don’t respect you or your time. That happens everywhere and would mean you need to move firms or sections. What am I missing?

1. why your not able to survive in a company less than a year and looking for higher packages which is not relevant to your experience.
2.just having latest tech stack is enough and not enough capable experience to handle the critical issues.
