I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

You're fired.
That's what I feared
I always miss my payments lol
You should realize you are not required to be reimbursed to make an Amex payment. Front the cash yourself and be reimbursed later.
No big deal
OP, I have been late for the last 6 months.
Lol ^
Police will be at your front door.
Definitely fired, pack it up
haha, you won’t be fired! i’ve missed plenty of my due dates waiting for my expense report to come in! i don’t recommend using your own money, that’s ludicrous, especially if it’s a crazy bill from traveling! just pay asap!
Waiting 4 weeks on an expense report to be reimbursed. AMEX bill is 50 days overdue. I refuse to shell out $2.5k for the company
I’m late a lot. BUT I just learned that if you’re collecting Amex points (ie you pay the annual fee to keep them) that a late payment disqualified those points. Super disappointing if you have a ton of travel, miss the due date, and reap no points
Doesn’t it reflect bad on your credit if you don’t pay on time? Also, why not just shell out your own money if you are going to be reimbursed?
Senior 2: The Amex doesn't have an impact on your credit score. Also, people are confused in thinking that they aren't responsible for that balance despite reimbursement. Because they are.
EY 3 - if the card is in your name (even if a corporate card) it will impact your credit score. However for corporate cards Amex does not report to any credit bureau until 180 days past due
