I just got an offer from Fidelity International for Application Support Role ( skill Java, spring) the Post they are offering is Analyst Programmer.
Total yoe is 3years.
Current ctc 4.35lpa

How much hike should I expect. How is the wlb in FIL.
Is it good to join as a Tech guy in FIL?

I’m in interviews with a few companies. It was initially to see what was out there to negotiate my pay. Now, I’m seriously considering leaving my current company because of what one of the prospect companies represent: everything I want in a company/role. (Plus they reached out to me) AND they will pay me almost double what I’m currently making annually, put me in a position to advance (so many options!!!!!) and allow me to move/travel when I get ready to.

What should I do? Guidance please!!!

Went from total freedom on my last 5 projects to an absolute micromanager. I’m going to lose it.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
