What is one benefit your work provides that you would quit if you lost? For me it’s probably yearly bonus

My PTO. I have worked hard to have 5 weeks of PTO and I use it all every year. If someone tried to take that from me or decrease it in any way, I'd have to find something else.

likeuplifting

5 weeks is amazing!

Remote work. It’s the last real benefit we have here, and if I had to go to the office and commute, I’d be doing it for another company.

uplifting

Definitely working from home. I don't love my current job, but being able to work from home completely makes up for it. After years of not having to commute, I think I would really struggle with having to go back to the office.

Remote or flexible working model

Remote or flexible work for sure

I wish I wasn’t adaptable. Humans aspire for a greater level of comfort and once achieved, adopt that as their new baseline. Because of this, somebody making $100k cannot simply comfortably revert back to a $50k lifestyle. The slow growth of personal wealth isn’t noticed as ideated. Instead, we are never satisfied.
