Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. A Deloitte recruiter told me that I will be getting 9.1 LPA + 10% variable + 80K joining bonus from Deloitte USI. Considering the fact that I am working in IBM India with a technically sound team and that I got promoted a few weeks back only, will it be a good decision to join Deloitte and leave IBM?

9.1 LPA is basically a 30% hike over my existing CTC and I am not sure if Deloitte actually gives a joining bonus and variable component.
