Hello Fishes, I carry 5.9 yrs of exp in International inside sales & LeadGen (Domestic- 2 yrs & Europe- 3.9 yrs) working for Tata Elxsi from past 2.8 years. As I'm not getting the expected hike based on my performance, I want to change the co. Current package - 8LPA, too low compared to market standards.
* Let me know- how much should I quote if I start to give interviews * Is it a good time to switch co. Also share which companies should I approach. Thanks in advance.

Depends on portfolio. Partner isn't the end of the line. It's the start of a whole new journey. You have your junior partners (200k+), senior partners (500k+) and executives (1M+)....
You probably also think that first year partners make less than a SM. Also not true.
Starting in the 300s, avg partner in 800s
Partners start at roughly $500k regardless of portfolio or location
P1. That is false. See below: https://www.big4careerlab.com/big-4-partner-salary/
D1: doesn't that article say about the same thing as P1? $400k in article but probably varies, at least given what someone said in a partner bowl a few days ago ($460k I think was the number they shared)
D1 - that's fake news. I trust what multiple partners have told me over big4careerlab.com
Yeah, I’m sure partners discuss their comp all the time with you... the article seems fairly accurate based on my discussion with partners about how the comp structure works. I’ve spoke to several SMS who have quoted $350-450K as a first year PPD salary.
Some partners are transparent, what can I say? You're wrong.
