What is the average salary offered by Big 4 in gurgaon for an audit fresher? I have an experience of accounts payable of 1.8 years and i was thinking of switching to audit if the big 4 hires as fresher but at good pay. I expect an average salary of 6 LPA as audit fresher. Am I expecting too much? Is that possible. I have good communication skills, confidence and I am not a slow learner if guided properly.

Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Has anyone received equity as contingency comp? I have a potential client with a founders dispute. He doesn’t have cash, and the other founder ripped him off and is now running the company. He wants to sue for equity and wants to pay me with whatever equity he wins. I’ve never done a deal like that. Is that even enforceable? CA law. The startup is actually quite promising.
