Offering company = Dell International
Offered Role = Senior Engineer (demotion)
Offered Salary = 28.5 LPA

I have a potential offer to join a mid firm in a city where they’ve only been around for a few years, so there aren’t a lot of employees, maybe 25. I really like city and the people, but curious, would joining at this stage lead to faster promotion to MD/Partner? Or even manager or senior manager? Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
