I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Depends what round of interview, maybe controversial but for my first interview I don’t usually prepare. Im not faking having personality traits, skills or tech knowledge I don’t actually have because it sets you up for failure. For answering the ‘why X’ then if ive applied for the job I must know what I like about that company already. When it comes to presentations for post first interviews Ill do 2 hours max.
It’s volume of interviews that count. I saw such a wide variety that you could never prepare for. Just spend a few hours a week preparing and you’ll fail 3+ interviews and get hired on the next one. Practice. I wanted to throw my laptop at a few interviewers because they just expect you to remember everything you’ve worked with in the last 5-10 years.
HR screening - 10mins
Hiring Manager interview - 30mins
Panel interview / presentation - 1hr
Is it a screen or a full on interview? I usually do a 5 minute dive before a phone screen and depending on the next steps maybe 30 minutes for a first interview and more if it progresses. In this job market, it's just not possible to spend hours for every interview if you are applying to hundreds of companies.
I agree, but somehow I feel like I can't not dive deep because, at these times, every interview is so important!
