What is the average time it takes you to prepare for an interview?

Had 2nd round with HM but noticed the job posting was pulled 2 days ago. Getting the vibe they’re planning to fill it internally. Any other telltale signs that’s the case?

I have given my round 2 interview at Capgemini Invent. During interview i forgot to keep the govt id with me, can this be a reason for rejecting the candidate. I have shown the softcopy of id available in my mobile. But don't know if that was accepted.

Is there any time limit to avail relocation amount . I joined recently but currently working from home . Not yet planned to return to the office . So I just wanted to know if there is any time limit before I should get it or I will get the amount whenever I relocate.

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
