My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. She got to know about this just on the last day of her notice period. She doesnt have any other offer as she didnt expect the joining date to get extended. Randstad. If it’s come to downsizing the only real argument you can make involves numbers.
Depending on your community you could display…
- how the community effects ticket deflection and how it affects customer care
- how community positively influences retention
- if community is also a part of marketing, how does it attribute to sales?
And others I’m sure but my mind is blanking.
Cost savings may not be significant: While downsizing a department may initially result in cost savings, it may not provide a significant long-term impact on overall financial health. In fact, downsizing could lead to increased costs in the long run if remaining staff are overburdened or if outsourced work is more expensive.
Downsizing can have a negative impact on employee morale and engagement. Employees may feel overworked, undervalued, or uncertain about their job security. This could lead to decreased motivation, increased turnover, and difficulty recruiting new talent.
You can say that by doing so, the employees may be affected negatively. And this will also affect their performance.
