I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify

I'm a Senior system engineer completing 2 YOE but working on UI/UX designer role. My salary is equal to service ticket support role and not relevant to ux designer role. Please suggest what should I do.

Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts.
