When can I expect SSE promotion now?
How is it decided?
Who decides it
What role does my lead play?
Do I need to have a good visibility in front of AM or only lead is fine?

How can I justify my case in upcoming June cycle?

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Is there a good way to respectfully approach that topic with the interview team and find a role that might be more exciting for you? Or is it better to walk away?
