I am a full stack developer java, springboot, microservices, angular, oracle, inhouse cloud.
As a 602 with 12.6 YOE
Got 10 % mid year hike on a fine day unexpectedly which pushed my cctc to 29.2
We have 60k ceo bonus and 18% variable pay I am getting since last 4 years.
After checking lot of posts here it seems I am on low ctc here.
How much should I target next and which companies ?
JPMorgan Chase
1. Freshworks Inc -
Designation: Software Engineer
CTC: X LPA + 1 JB
WFO/ Hybrid
2. Nagarro -
Designation: Senior engineer
CTC: (X+3.5)LPA fixed +1LPA variable
WFH, is what they have mentioned in offer letter.
Which is better in terms of learning, wlb, tech stack, promotions, hikes and other perks?

Thanks for letting me know. The HR didnt have a discussion with me before releasing my offer letter. I have not accepted it yet and will have a discussion on monday. Do they normally revise and improve the offer letter after releasing?
currently accenture is providing 30% hike on cctc and 0 to 27% hike....when i was having 14lpa cctc and asked for 18lpa fixed accenture rejected it..this time i am having 8.3 yoe with cctc 15.7 accenture offered me 20.2lpa fixed and 5.6lpa variable(it can vary from 0 to 27% and usually we will get approx 7%+7% two times)
