I am getting a Analyst designation at delloite for a 1.7 years experience of it experience.
Should I try to get the consultant designation as the salary range will also open a bit as they r giving me 9.5. Should I just wait a few more months to get 2 years experience and apply the consultant position.

For PwC it depends on the level. The higher the entry point the more interviews. Expect at least 1 Partner interview and more if you’re at the Director or above level.
I will say, EY has much better leadership and culture in their SAP practice. They also do more of the M&A integration work, which are usually large and interesting. I have friends at PwC and the culture in the SAP group is trash.
Not sure about interviews, but the culture is great…unlike what Business Unit Head 1 mentioned.
In my group, it would typically be an initial phone screen with a recruiter (verify authorization to work, understand consulting / travel expectations, high level background and 3xperience vs role requirements), followed by two subject matter interviews with people on the team one or two levels above what you're applying for. If there's a tie on the recommendation after that, there could be a third.
You might also get referred for a third if it doesn't jump out on your resume what your specific skillet is (ie you talk about FICO config in your most recent roles, but then tell someone that you've been doing reporting the last 12 months and really want to stick with that - we'll probably have you talk to someone skilled in reporting).
The time this all takes can be a bit of crap shoot based on peoples availability, but if you've got a time line you need us (or anyone) to adhere to, absolutely let your recruiter know that.
Good to know! Also interesting y’all haven’t had a true public cloud project yet
