What is the latest you informed leadership regarding pregnancy? How did it go?

Unfortunately, I have been passed up for promotion in the past. Leadership is very vocal about how tough the first five years are and they “don’t miss it”.
Im really wanting to wait until the last minute. I did recently take a new role but not yet reporting to new leadership. I won’t be assigned/aligned for a while. Me telling them will affect the timing of when I get placed. That’s unavoidable. More in comments

Anyone else here realized they have some alcohol moderation issues? I graduated college within the past 1.5 yrs and my friends are still in the heavy weekend drinking phase. I have realized I need to cut my drinking way down. I don’t drink every day and won’t crave a drink when I’m sober but it’s like once I start I don’t typically stop. I only drink about 2 times a week, but it’s the volume of drinks that’s the issue. I’m not ready to quit - just cut down a lot! Tips/advice appreciated! TIA :)

Be honest about your status and forthcoming. Don’t play the ladies for your ulterior motives. What’s meant to be will be, however if you approach dating/marriage for status or hide your actual situation, surely it will not end well. Sincerity and honesty are very important values!
