Bonus: 24k (16%)
RSU: 25k / year for 3 years

Offered TC: 180k
YOE: 3

I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.

Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended. I focused on my niece and nephews, cried when I wanted to and slept from 8pm-noon for the last 5 days. Showered once or twice. That’s the best I could do and that’s OK right now. But my current company held my offer of 13L and salary/payslip is with old offer and i have submitted documents with new offer letter which is 13L.

As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?
