So I’m in industry from big 4, and a colleague with same yoe comes from MBB. High paying tech firm. I think I work harder and produce quality content at speed, but they can hold executive conversations that tend to impress senior stakeholders.

Big 4 produces work horses and MBB produces leaders. Also they could be a work horse too since I don’t have full visibility.

Anyone have similar experiences or do I just suck at executive stakeholder management?

For University Recruiting, do you think it's helpful to write on my resume selective programs that I attended (like BCG Advance, PwC Women's Consulting Experience..etc) when applying to consulting firms?
