What is the next step for us as Resource Managers? RM lead is the obvious choice, but those roles are pretty few and far between. Any other progression I’m missing?

I am trying to figure out how to exit out of consulting and into MAMAA. Has anyone gone through this? Any advice?

We just went through our first timed intercourse cycle with clomid and trigger shot. I’m scheduled for betas tomorrow but just started bleeding today. Super disappointing because although I knew the success rate was only ~15% we had 3 good size follicles (19, 17, 16mm) the day before trigger and were hopeful. I don’t ovulate regularly because of low ovarian reserve so this was a great response to meds. Anyone have opinions on IUI vs TOI with normal semen analysis? We’re considering IUI next.

So I’m in the middle of completing my offer. Background check and drug testing are awaiting results. I’m putting in my two week notice tomorrow. Do I disclose where I’m going to next if those items haven’t cleared? I don’t have an official start date yet. I’m not worried about my results but anything can happen over the next two weeks. Don’t wanna put down a future employer without 100% certainty.

Would you say that RM is a safe field during a recession? Just transferred to a team that’s mostly remote and so a little worried, but it’s the job I’ve been looking for! Hoping I’m not making the wrong decision.

In an environment where we’re barely surviving, fielding resignations left and right, I thought this might be a good place to vent, source ideas, discuss common trends etc. Our field is very unique and hard to find comps in terms of salary, daily duties, expectations so I’m hoping we can have an open dialogue on this!
