My tech is .net application support and yoe is 5. What is the percentage hike that I can expect on the basis of my skill.

I have seen people commenting like your expectation should be YOE * 3 (This is just an example I am referring from another post and this has been not told to me)

As per the above logic, what should be my expectations as per the current market standard. Any suggestions will be helpful

Thursday I had received email from JP Morgan HR regarding my availability for the interview. I had responded back to the mail stating I am available for interview on Monday from 10 am till end of the week any time. After that I haven't heard back from the HR on further process. I am worried as they might not interview me. Need thoughts of group people for the scenario.
