The salary negotiation part is still left...so Fishes, can you please suggest in what range of salary package I should expect or I should ask for ?

My current CTC is 4,84,000(fixed).
Variable part is 45,000 approx.

Can your body get used to your birth control after a while or as you age and that changes it’s effectiveness? I have been on the same pill since it I was a teen. Never had issues. I've seen two posts here that said EJ asked for their W2's after offering then based new salary on that and weren't open to negotiations. Was the offered salary slightly or significantly higher?
