My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. Newbie quick question - is the 1% calculated based on rents collected, NOT including your own mortgage payment if it’s owner-occupied?
