30-40

30 to 40? Really? I would have thought 15-25.

Definitely not 30-40. Got promoted a year early (so I had a higher catchup %) and it was 27%.

30-40? No

Hahaha 30-40 Mine was about 10%. And I made manager under 4 years. Don’t hold your breath ;)

Mine was 20... most are 15 to 21%

210 Base 40K Joining Bonus and 40K RSU
9 to 11% Bonus

The base is not changing much for me. I am Senior Managing Consultant at IBM.

Never saw IBM giving 10% bonus for last 10 years anyway. But heard Accenture gives 15K roughly to SM.

Tried to negotiate but Accenture is not willing to change base. They added 10K in RSU and Joining to make 40 each.

Soon after that had a compensation discussion with hr as well. They have told me that they will not be able to match the current offer that I'm holding but they some how came near my current offer by giving extra joining bonus and relocation bonus and the hr told me that he will update me a few clarifications regarding my next hike cycle and stuff.

I use Anthem BCBS insurance. Just got a bill from the hospital for my 20 week ultrasounds imaging services. It costs $513 out of pocket. Because the service was back in Dec 2020, so it went against my 2020 benefit. This year I’ll need to do a 32 week ultrasound again in the same hospital, it’ll be another $500 out of pocket. I never know it costs so much before even having the baby. My deductible is $500, the year max out of pocket is $3100.

Hey Fishes. I wanted to understand one thing.

When you apply for any opportunity, how well versed should you be with all the things mentioned in a JD, like certification, experience, some tools and technology, coding language. Do you see a 100% fit before you apply or go for the opportunity if you see the responsibilities meeting your expectation and know only like 60% of the expected or desired skills.

Have you been selected if in case you applied knowing you meet less criterias?
