I would say my favorite beach is between La Jolla Shores and the beaches on the silver strand. La Jolla shores is just very pretty and has space for both swimmers and surfers. The silver strand beaches are often not crowded at all.
Law street beach. Also like moonlight in Encinitas
☝🏻Moonlight Beach
Hidden gem is Windandsea beach in La Jolla
Off-season La Jolla Shores…has all the amenities
Really?! I haven't been yet but I keep hearing good things.
The beach off of Santa Cruz Ave in Ocean Beach! The waves splash onto the rocks and it looks incredible. Similar to Windansea but less crowded!
I live right by here! It’s somewhat of a gem because not too many people go there.
Blacks beach. Too much of a trek for people to want to take. So you get a lot of space to yourself.
Can’t appreciate the good without the bad
I love dog beach in Del Mar. Such a happy place!
Not a hidden gem but Coronado Beach is amazing if you have a family. It’s my go-to. And, it’s less crowded towards the right of the hotel (you are facing the beach from the hotel).
Omg Coronado is beautiful. It i by far my favorite beach here. If you haven't been you definitely need to check it out!
I like Sunset Cliffs although it’s not really a beach. You can climb down the rocks to the beach (it’s really nice), but seeing the ocean from the cliffs is enough.
If you have a dog than ob
I have the spelling skills if I toddler ironically
