Commercial C- 105 base
At what point do those who stay on without an MBA from associate level out in comp to those with an MBA?
89. First year C.
^seconded
91. First yr C
What are the levels at Deloitte?
Sounds like SC is equivalent to a Sr Associate at PwC? PwC = Associate->Exp Associate->SA->Manager->Director->Partner
^ yeah but I feel like 89 would be low for a Sr Assoc right?
^yes. Analyst>consultant>SC>manager >senior manager>Principal/Director here
Is this for strategy or advisory/ERS?
PwC2. Depends. With an MBA, definitely low. Post MBAs started this year at 135k. Without an MBA, SAs generally start at 90k base
As they work up from associate to SA
^yeah that sounds more accurate
Partner haha
115 C. Not quite MBA level but power of negotiation worked
106 First year C
Consultant at Accenture = SA//SC (big 4)
@PwC2 the 89 was for a C not an SC, so what would be your exp associate
