Hello Fishes,
I have 12 years of BPS industry experience with almost 9 in TCS working in different roles and domains.
TCS has helped me grow a lot over these years in terms of acquiring business acumen and knowledge.
However financially I feel i am lagging behind and i am looking to take that big leap of faith.
I have heard this community supports each other, request you to please reach out to me, if you can really help me take that leap of faith. Accenture IBM EY Deloitte

CPR/AED Certification/ OC Certification/ Baton Certification/ Handcuffing & Taser X26 Certification
😎👍
Try looking in to private sector close protection handcuffing & taserx26
Honestly having as many certifications as possible will make you more desirable. It shows that you have the willingness and ability to learn. Shows you as trainable to employers which is a good thing. Some licenses or certifications are a matter of personal choice, like a firearms license. Many may not want the responsibility or liability of having a firearms. Not a bad thing but it is a personal choice specific to each individual.
No problem
OSHA 10
Looking into thanks
All these are great !! Based on the environment you work in there are so many certifications and classes you could utilize to keep yourself and others on your team safe. One that comes to mind is Non-Verbal Communication certifications, such as the courses provided by Joe Navaro. Being able to read body language is crucial in everything from communicating with new faces to being able to distinguish what information is and isn't valid during investigations or interviews.
I would definitely get CPR and aed certification and some kind of first aid certification.
Also, I would probably get TWiC card if you’re gonna be working near the water because the companies always ask for that, it’s a clearance from the government to be able to work close to the shoreline and the ports.
Of course you have to get your guard license and as far as any other classes like handcuffing or pepper spray, I would wait not spend the money because most sites that you’re gonna go on if you’re an unarmed guard you’re not gonna be allowed to have those items that’s a pointless certification if you can’t carry it why be certified in it?
H&S certifications nowadays are making a sense beside everything else

CPR, OSHA 30, F01, F02 Fire Certificate Most Jobs Rite Now Are Hiring & Asking For These Certificates
Cuffs, baton, tazer. OC cert. Isn't usually required. If so your getting sprayed. Would recommend a descalation technics cert if possible. Can get online or physical class. Can increase your value sometime.
Are there any sites, that offer free training, because alot of times you may go through on-boarding and training, but are never giving the certificate you acquired.
