Bogleheads.
I would treat those as separate areas of education. Personal finance is your personal life ops - pick a framework you like and implement it. Most books will be principle-based, just spend some time on Google and save your capital. Spend the time reading about techniques for every component of your personal finance framework...planning (budget/forecast/goals), capital preservation (cost control/tax efficiency/spend analysis), capital acquisition (income generation/investing), etc.
For investing, would recommend Intelligent Investor (Graham) and Bogleheads like C1 said. From there, pick the asset class you’re interested in and dive deep.
To tickle your gambling habit without touching your primary portfolio, open a small account for speculation and read Option Volatility & Pricing (Natenberg), etc.
