I have just been told by my POC that the hiring for chat is on hold and they are not certain when they will start the hiring for chat. I gave the interview for chat last month and I was told that I have cleared all the rounds and my joining will be from the next month (July) but now all of a sudden they are saying this.
I am scared and don't know what should I do.
Does anyone know when they will start the hiring for chat?BT British Telecom
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Not necessarily questions but what they say the role entails. Red flags are “wear many hats,” “entrepreneurial,” “start-up mindset,” “lean team”
“Fast paced”, “roll up your sleeves”, “we are like a family”
What are your typical working hours? Ask peers, not the manager. If they something that feels much beyond what you want to do, I would follow up with like “does [manager] respect your time off and vacations?” If both are red flags, run …
When I hear or see we need a flexible employee in the interview or job description.
I ask current employees directly. They’ll tell you whatever you would want to hear in an interview, but the employees will paint the real picture.
Yea I don’t know any
I have asked “how often do you stay past [time] in a month?” When interviewing with rank and file employees (not the hiring manager)
They’ll say anything to convince you to take the job. Best is to ask FORMER employees.
