What quirks of your team members drive you crazy? I have a teammate who never silences his phone. He also happens to chew loudly, with his mouth open.

I’ve been at a job a year and have what I would call a very toxic manager. When I first started they were very nasty to me making comments about my appearance, my character and other inappropriate and mean things. I let them know how this made me feel and they stopped however I continue to notice how manipulative and condescending they are. My mental health is at a low. My company issues top of the line 16” MBP’s for engineers and lower end 13” MBP’s for all others.
