Depends on the firm but generally Associate and/or Manager.

you mean being Partner is better? you still need to bring clients in probably every firm right

Manager.

Manager

ive been Asc, Manager (we call it EM) and Asc Partner. I would say all roles are challenging in the first months since you need to get into the role. They all have different challenges. I like Asc P most followed directly by Manager which I thought was a nice role. I honestly did not like being an Asc much.. I just pushed through it. I was an exp hire and felt like being Asc was a temp step back for me.

In Big 4, Senior Manager is the hardest/worst

Hello Everyone !!!!

Please help me by providing your inputs on WLB, Career Growth, Job Security, and Hikes in Pega Systems and Informatica for a QA role.

Hi all, I’d love to hear from PR/Comms folks about the process of transitioning from agency to an in-house role. What kind of chance does a PR pro with ~7 years of solid experience across CPG and hospitality brands, including a mix of global agency work and smaller boutique firms, have at going in house? Do you typically need more experience before going in house? Would be great to hear about various experiences from those that have made the transition. Thanks!

Does anyone have family members who constantly demand money because they feel like you’re rich now because you’re a lawyer? I’ve always wanted to be in a position to help my family but we all live in the high COL city so my salary doesn’t carry me as far as it would elsewhere. I’ve given a detailed summary of all of my expenses yet every month one family member in particular comes to me for rent money (not some, the full amount, and they refuse to get a job). It has become quite the burden.

What is a simple way to explain to my boyfriend that investing in equity with an expected return of 10% is better than paying off debt that is growing at a rate of 6%. He has student loans and is adamant that he wants to pay all of them off immediately before saving any retirement money. I understand that many individuals use this strategy but I think investing in index funds for the long haul is better from a wealth accumulation perspective, without even factoring in tax implications of 401k
