This includes promotion but I just wanna brag on myself a bit. I got a 12% raise (non-promo) mid year. Then I got a 37% increase for promotion. Altogether I’m making $70k more today than when I started 2021.

In May I got 14% and in September I negotiated another 12%. Non-promotion year

Got 14% at D with an early promotion. Wasn’t happy with that so I jumped ship for a 50% raise on top of that 😊

My salary actually decreased due to inflation
6.25% base bump
5% no promotion. 6 YOE in consulting, 10 total YOE in industry (includes the 6 of consulting).
