What salary should a senior associate in management consulting be?

Hey guys,
I have recently got an offer from Ciena (26.7 LPA) and Gartner (28 LPA).
As there's hardly any difference in salary range I am confused about which organization to join. (YOE: 3 years)
Could someone please share their views and help me make a decision :D

Got promoted, make an amazing salary compared to others, yet I’m not satisfied. Cannot stop thinking about “more”. How does one find comfort and slow down the rat race and greed?
