What salary should I be targeting in industry senior internal audit roles?

2.75 years of experience, CPA, CISA passed. No graduate degrees.

Senior 1 in Risk (70% Internal Audit/30% IT Audit) promoted last October.

Current Salary is 69.5k. Not FSO

I was thinking 80-85? I’m in South FL for reference.

What other compensation factors should I be looking at? Are bonuses common at a senior non revenue generating employee level?

What’s average salary in ID firm mid size (NY) about 350 attorneys ? Class of 2019 but was in public sector (criminal law) for 2 years! 2000 billable hours minimum

Was skipped over for promotion until later this year but offered title change to Senior Art Director. Do I take the title and hope the pay comes later? Or hold out for it all at once?

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

My current fix salary is 10.11, PWC offered me fixed 12.5 plus 1 lakh joining bonus and 40k relocation to kolkata which is my preferred location. Is it good to consider this offer as my total work exp is 6.4 in testing?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
