Who gives a damn about an MBA?
That sounds higher than actual...
170 is high. Source: me
Depends on a lot. Straight from college? From industry? What practice?
At EY, non-mba, 130-150
MBA or not? MBA 170, non-MBA 140ish
Really? For M1? I am so clueless then.
I think the MBA number is high. seniors with MBA start higher than peers but level off at manager. It also depends on geography. I know first year managers make 130-140k in Texas in technology. Source = me.
Thanks. Got me thinking.
MBAs at senior make 130-140...so I doubt they level off at manager.
Going rate for a new MBA hire at SC is 160 at most firms - 140 at a few. You figure atleast two/three years as a SC - then manager. Should put MBA managers (year 1 at level) between 150-180. If you don't have an MBA I'd say anywhere north of 120
