If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

$65k-$69k with no experience.
Based on the market. Usually entry level admin with an MHA is $60k-$80k. Work hard, take every opportunity, be humble, and ask questions. You’ll be in 6 figures before you know it
Hi,
I work in the field at the moment as an HR Director. Typically with no Experience most Nursing Home companies will start you out at an ent level Admissions position pr Guest Services. BUT with your Recruiting experience and MHA I would start looking at HR Director Positions. You’ll have good leverage as our staffing is scarce and you’d be scene as an asset.
I would say expect anything from 55-65k
