If that's the max bonus, don't expect to get it. You'll have to get a D which is really hard.
Does seem low I’m surprised. BCG base for equivalent role - PL - is ~210. 50 bonus sounds like target bonus, not max.

What’s your YoE? That seems relatively standard, I had an offer from BCG for 202 base.

maybe difference between cities? But BCG it’s standard cohort comp. no negotiating.
Base seems spot on. New ASC base is ~$175k this year, assume only 3-7% on base growth, but much higher YoY total growth. So the split is heavily weighted to bonus.
Also the comp is set at class/role level, not by individual candidate. Only thing that might be negotiable is the sign on.

McK is pretty standard so if that’s what they are telling you, that’s what you are getting. They don’t low ball you or comp folks higher.
