Don’t expect any thing, do you know all big 4 doing lay-off and there is a hiring freeze already in place
Yes, I’m aware. Just planning once we go back to a pre-covid world.

$190K is above the Manager band at EY in FSO, so I’m guessing it’s maybe above by more in GPS (Gov/Public Sector).

What does LA translate to? Director? Senior manager?
If so, at least in the federal space, you’re pretty close to where I’d expect for that role. It can go up substantially, though.

Then I’d say doing better than average depending on geography 😂. I know for my group directors start around 210-250 and it can go up a lot.

If you're planning to stay fed, $190k is senior manager/director level pay as of when I exited a few years ago.
As a point of reference, I worked for both BAH and D on the fed side a while back. D most likely won't offer a promo (they're gung-ho about downleveling or lateraling at best), so I don't know if they can make the $190k manager math work out. Can't speak to EY/KPMG/GH on the fed side from personal experience, but I'd imagine it's the same there.
Is SA not on the table at BAH? Or are you looking for a change of scenery?
