It's hard to say. Ranges haven't been released yet and on top of that, there is an effort to balance salaries at promotion points. So if you came in low as a Staff or Sr1 you may get a bigger bump relative to your peers. If you came in high as an experienced hire you might be slightly lower. So firm performance, then peer analysis. I've seen anywhere from 10-25% at that level...which I know is not helpful to you so apologies :)

Raises are not based on promotion. Raises are based on firm performance and where you sit within the bandwidth for your level. Expect a similar raise as the previous year unless you are just grossly underpaid.
