I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd / Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. But optimistic as it uses the latest tech. #paytm #jpmc #jpmorgan #chase #choice

I try to go out of my way to do something kind for someone. It has changed my life.
I LOVE my audiobooks! What are you into? I’m deep into the romantasy genre right now and LOVING it.
I’m lucky in that my day is broken up so much. I start my day with the tier 1 ELA push ins for 4th then 3rd grade - the bane of my existence. Once I get through those 2 blocks it’s only 2 small reading groups that I ADORE until planning/lunch. After lunch I get to teach math all afternoon 😍 I live for my 3rd grade math push in/pull out time. I have probably the 4 most chaotic boys in the grade during my pull out time and they keep me on my toes, keep me laughing, and always present a very new and interesting challenge. My 4th grade group of boys can be challenging but it’s just a countdown to the end of the day by then. I get the remainder of my planning at the very end of the day - to be totally honest I rarely accomplish anything of substance. I’m usually cleaning up the chaos of the day and typically have a kid or 2 hanging out doing something quiet to avoid the chaos that is indoor recess. One student on my caseload typically pops in right before dismissal and we review his day, put stickers on our chart, split a piece of gum, and he usually convinces me to walk down to the buses with his class and honestly it’s one of my favorite parts of the day - not just because it’s dismissal lol - the students know this time we can chat about all the little stories they held in all day because we were learning. I’ve learned so much about my students this year from just chatting while walking to the buses. It gives me a chance to get to know the general education students a little better and see who would benefit from a year not in the integrated section and who really thrives when interacting with students who may be a little different from them.
After dismissal I’m usually outta there pretty quick unless I have paperwork to do, a meeting, or sub plans to write. This year my schedule is chefs kiss incredible!! I’m hoping I can build it the same way next year!
5 minutes of meditation during my lunch break… I sit at my desk, put on some quiet music and close my eyes to take some deep breaths… it helps me find the energy and patience I need to get through the rest of the day.
