God tier
Jeez… this question again?
As the other SK respondent says, bored of seeing this asked. Question itself also rests upon false premise, answer doesn't actually matter, not clear what is really being assessed, etc. Nonetheless, and feel free to copy-paste this when asked again in future:
Europe, pricing, strongest industries: Tier 0
Europe, pricing, other industries: Tier 1 - 1.5
Europe, other growth topics, strongest industries: Tier 2
Europe, other growth topics, other industries: Tier 2.5 - 3
NA, pricing, strongest industries: Tier 2
NA, pricing, other industries: Tier 2.5 - 3
NA, other growth topics, strongest industries: Tier 2 - 3.5
NA, other growth topics, other industries: Tier 3 - 4
RoW: Anywhere from 0.5 - 4
I’d say Tier 1.5 for pricing in NA in strongest industries and Tier 2 for other industries but otherwise this is in line with what I would say
For pricing? Tier 1. Think MBBS. For the rest Idk.
Who cares about tiers anyway? Are you a senior in college?

If you are at Deloitte and not in their S&A or C&M group, then they are better than where you are.
SKP def shits all over Deloitte S&A
Agreed on Monitor being comparable but even Monitor is not really anything these days, so SKP might beat them out too.
I’ve seen it a lot in the boutique tier 2 space: think A&M
Pro
D2- you’re right. But A&M is more of a premier MM shop largely focused on RX and operational side of M&A consulting (PEPI), and FDD (m&a accounting). The services between A&M and Simon don’t seem to overlap as much. Both fine firms of course
Pricing/monetization - Tier 1, if not higher.
Growth/commercial strategy- Tier 2.5
Anything else? Irrelevant (but frankly peeps there are probably smart enough to do it better than most B4 even without the knowledge base).
Obviously, given their size and functional focus, they do not really fit into the classical tier structure. However, I don’t understand how people still consider a firm with 2,000 employees and more than half a billion revenues a boutique.
For pricing they are top notch. For commercial strategies, I would consider them on par with tier 1 and tier 2, especially in Europe.
Well I was trying to answer the question of the OP but with the above mentioned caveat, don‘t know what’s wrong with that.
