Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. Recruiter rant:
It constantly amazes me how non-responsive recruiters can be. Countless times I’ve reached out to recruiters on LinkedIn and gotten zero response, and then the hiring manager responds within a day. It’s literally your job to respond to candidates. Between that and just ghosting my mind is always blown at the lack of attention and care.
