Make business cases to sell a $50MM tech implementation.

That’s what I figured, sounds like good work.

Looking for concrete examples!

It really runs the gamut. In my time here I’ve done:
- Product / customer strategy for a new product launch, with a heavy market research component
- Business case for tech implementation, from financial modeling to “proof of concept” development
- Commercial model redesign, starting with executive level ideation sessions and then working through strategic choice cascade
- PMO for a large corporate program, basically a stakeholder management and executive reporting deep dive

A1 - sure, DM me!

A is the big Cahuna in S&A .. does ton of analytics projects .. cloud migration, AI/ML, Data engineering , old school analytics and data projects and what not .. generates around 600 million revenue in us itself.. compared to that S which is strategy might be generating 1/6th before pandemic and took some hit during ..

Both are public information .. I am a M7 and I do A work since S sucks at Deloitte .. I feel sorry for M1 joining D for S work

The 'how' is the simpler part. The 'what' and 'why' is crucial. I haven't been able to figure the 'why' of consulting for 7 years now, and now the 'what' is where the struggle has come back to.
I don't know 'what' i want anymore..

Currently interviewing for an in-house Sr Tax Manager position (lateral move essentially into industry). I’ve had six interviews and now they are talking to 3 of my references before issuing an offer in order to make a final decision (apparently narrowed down to two final candidates). This seems like a bit of a red flag for me with this potential future employer but curious others thoughts and experiences.

Thought I’d blurb my thoughts here…
(If I’m actively applying for jobs but not really wanting to switch companies yet unless the pay increase is more than 20%), how do I answer this question?

“Why are you leaving your current workplace or why are you applying for this certain position?”

I obviously want more $$$ but how do I politically answer correctly?

Current job title- Recruitment Specialist
Applying to - HR Generalist, Recruitment Specialist etc.

Please advise and thank you :)

Anyone trying to study for certs/tech interviews? We have a group going if anyone wanted accountability.
