Staying with Salesforce. I love my work, compensation and work life balance here.

I actually had my own agency a few years ago and I decided to let it go to get back to corporate. I loved the freedom but I had to come to terms with entrepreneurship not being for me
This is actually pretty deep. I wanted to do the solo thing for awhile and also decided it just wasn’t for me. I like consistency in paychecks.

Best decision I made was leaving Salesforce proserv soon after COVID; it is an insanely toxic hellhole that continued to get worse after I left, with corrupt snakes at every level of leadership (lifers, newcomers, and acquired "talent" included). My mental health has benefitted immensely, and I make more money, too.
