I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. Recently, I resigned from TCS and my last day was there on October 27,2022 and today I got an email from FNF team and in they email they are asking to paid some amount due on me to Paid within 15 days receiving of this email. However, I have tried to login on Alumni portal to check further details but unable to login. I am not sure why they people are asking to paid amount. But if I don't pay that amount then what would be happen any idea? I work there only for 2 months.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer?
