What will happen if one puts down paper during bench period/ on the process of assignation to another project at HCL? Do they need to serve 3 moths of notice period or can they be released early?

Rather, Accenture retained me for the same client's project. My AVP, Manager, HR all aware. They are telling I'm on Accenture payroll. I got a re on-boarding email from client end today too.
