How's the job market for a social strategist/content manager in FL?

Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. The work I do is equally difficult and I have a smaller team because people have left, so there is no way “type” of law justifies this. I think I just did a poor job negotiating my salary and raise. Just graduated and took the bar. Will be starting in the litigation practice group at a Big Law firm in the fall. I want to use my time off to set myself up for success. Any books I should read? Skills I should learn (e.g., excel)? Other advice? Thank you all.

Can personality make up for work product? I’ve worked on two matters with a first year that multiple partners have referred to as a “superstar.” Their work was just fine on both matters and downright wrong on certain issues/points. I’ve definitely been more impressed by other first years in this class. However, this first year is incredibly outgoing and some would probably consider them “charming” (comes across as a borderline sociopath imo). Could that be why partners think so highly of them?

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.

Also doing MBA part time at a T15 school. Thinking about switching to IB but I’ve done my research and I think I would burn out of IB in two years but I might be ok with that for the opportunities after.

If a company matches 50% of 401k contributions to 6% of salary, does that mean they’ll put in 6% if I put in 12% or will they put in max of 3% on my 6% contribution? Curious what their wording means

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.
